Terms of service
The working terms for using the WhatsApp CRM workspace.
Last updated 25 October 2026
Working draft
These terms are a working draft prepared for the website. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and completed with the operating entity, governing law, billing terms and service commitments before production use.
Using the service
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the activity of members you invite to a workspace.
- Company owners and administrators are responsible for role and permission assignments.
- You must have the right to connect the WhatsApp Business account and phone number you use.
Acceptable use
- Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited messages.
- Do not use purchased lists or attempt to bypass WhatsApp consent and template rules.
- Do not attempt to access another company workspace or bypass authorization.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware or interfere with the platform.
WhatsApp and Meta terms
Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta and WhatsApp Business terms, policies and pricing. The workspace does not replace your agreement with Meta. Meta may change rules, rates or platform availability.
Plans and payment
Plans, limits and INR pricing are provided on request. Final billing terms, taxes, renewal and cancellation rules should be added before paid onboarding. Meta conversation charges are separate and are not included in the platform fee.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for the contacts, messages, templates and other content you put into the workspace. You grant the service the rights needed to process that content to provide the features you request.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features and roadmap items may change. Any uptime commitment, support level or maintenance window should be documented in a final service agreement.
Termination
A workspace owner may stop using the service and request export or deletion according to the final data retention terms. We may suspend access for security, abuse or non-payment reasons where applicable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Final limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute-resolution clauses must be prepared by counsel before launch.
Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction will be confirmed in the final agreement. This working draft does not create a binding legal commitment.
