Costs explained
How WhatsApp pricing actually works
There are two separate costs to plan for. The first is the WhatsApp CRM platform fee for the workspace, features and support. The second is what Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations, which depends on the conversation category, country and your WhatsApp Business account agreement.
- Meta conversation charges are billed by Meta, not by this workspace.
- Marketing, utility, authentication and service conversations can have different rates.
- Business-initiated messages use approved templates.
- Your final volume and country mix determine the real message cost.
What we need from you
A useful quote needs your expected monthly conversations, the split between marketing and support, the number of agents and whether you need multiple workspaces. We would rather size the plan correctly than guess.

Why is pricing shown on request?
WhatsApp costs depend heavily on conversation volume, country mix and the features a team actually uses. A short discovery call produces a more accurate plan than a generic price table.
Is there a free plan?
There is no advertised free plan at this stage. You can create a workspace to explore the product, and we will discuss the right paid plan before onboarding a production team.
Are Meta message charges included?
No. Meta conversation charges are separate from the platform fee and are billed according to your WhatsApp Business account agreement.
Can we start with one module?
Yes. Many teams start with the shared inbox and add campaigns or automations later. The plan can grow with the workflow.
