About
Built for teams where context matters
WhatsApp CRM started from a practical problem: customer conversations were spread across phones, spreadsheets and disconnected tools. We built a company-scoped workspace that keeps the inbox, campaign, lead, automation and AI context together.
At a glance
- Company scope by default
- Safe AI boundaries
- Operational clarity
- No dark patterns
Principles
What we optimise for
The conversation is the record
A CRM is only as good as the context it keeps. We treat the WhatsApp conversation as a first-class record and connect leads, campaigns, automations and AI to it instead of creating parallel copies in disconnected tools.
Company boundaries are not a setting
Every company-owned record is scoped to a company, and access is checked through membership, roles and permissions. The UI is never the authorization boundary. This matters for agencies, multi-brand businesses and teams with sensitive customer conversations.
AI should earn trust
AI employees are grounded in the offerings, company information and policies you provide. They can request a human handoff, and the separate workspace assistant prepares drafts for review instead of sending or publishing on its own.
Values
How we build
These values shape the product decisions we make and the features we refuse to ship.
Clarity over hype
We mark roadmap items as roadmap and refuse to imply features that do not exist.
Respect the team
The people handling conversations need ownership, history and fewer repetitive tasks.
Safe automation
Automation should reduce waiting time without trapping customers away from a human.
Useful defaults
Sensible permissions, clear statuses and workflows that do not require a consultant to explain.
